Whether you are looking for a larger property renovation or a kitchen and bathroom remodel, we will create floor plans, select materials, and document every detail of the space for your contractor.

Furnishings are at the heart of how a space is experienced. We map out your property's flow, source products, design window treatments and custom details, and oversee installation and styling.

The Design Process
Discovery &
Collaboration
Your project begins with a Discovery Call with Jennifer to discuss the scope of your project, the process, and determine if we're a good match. If so, we schedule a Project Assessment.
During the Assessment, Jennifer will meet with you to review your property, discuss your vision for the space, and discuss our process for moving forward. This meeting is followed by your Project Assessment Report and a Letter of Agreement to work together.
Conceptual Design
& Development
Next, Jennifer creates a personal design concept for your space, in collaboration with your extended team if applicable. This includes space planning, color schemes, sourced materials, and more.
With the concept approved, our team refines the details: technical drawings, lighting plans, all product selections (tile, counters, flooring, furniture, etc.), quotes from trades and suppliers, and more. The design is presented for your feedback and approval.
Procurement
& Implementation
By now, your construction team has everything they need to procure materials and execute our design. We can connect you with trusted trades and assist with project consulting, as desired.
If we have sourced furnishings for your property, you will also have the option to enlist our help with procuring your items and installing them for you. We are happy to give you as much or as little support as you need to get to your ideal destination.
